Packaged Pumping Stations (PPS)

We manufacture site specific submersible packaged pumping stations. These are sized to comply with the storage requirements of the current Building Regulations for both residential and commercial clients. These are manufactured for both storm and foul water and where attenuation is required we manufacture horizontal units offering again a site specific storage volume.

The main advantage of packaged pumping stations over the conventional concrete chambers is that the structure does not need to be water tight and therefore saves “in the ground” costs for the civil engineering contractor both in terms of time and materials. The pre-manufactured chamber forms the water proof element of the installation. Full installation instructions are provided with each pump chamber.

Our packaged pumping stations are manufactured off site, delivered to the site and once installed and connected we install the pumps and control equipment and commission the installation.

Waste Water Treatment Plants

We manufacture waste water treatment plants for residential and commercial clients. These are available with either a pumped or gravity discharge and are installed where a gravity sewer can not be reached by pumping and where consent to discharge has been granted.

Treatment plants are generally used in more rural locations and require minimal maintenance as there are no moving parts.
