Costings
Pump Services conducts an honest and transparent pricing structure. We offer a simple cost breakdown with no hidden callout fees. Each engineer is charged at £50.00 per hour for travel to the customer and return journey. On-site time is charged at £50.00 for each engineer.
Example
If the customer lives in Guildford: –
2 x engineers travel 30 minutes to site = £50.00
2 x engineers travel 30 minutes return journey = £50.00
Onsite time two hours x 2 engineers = £200.00
Total = £300.00 +VAT
Uplifted Costs
The above rates apply between 08:00 and 17:30 Monday to Friday. Between the hours of 17:30 and 22:30, an uplift multiple of 1.5 applies. Between the hours of 22:30 and 08:00, an uplift multiple of 2 applies. Saturdays between the hours of 08:00 and 22:30 an uplift multiple of 1.5 apply. Sundays and Bank Holidays are charged at a multiple of 2.
